I doubt a business will let you buy the whole store. I mean, they want to get rid of it all, but there probably is a limit on buying a certain quantity per person.

I don’t see anything wrong with buying the stuff and selling it in your own store, but you got to realize, you probably won’t gain much profit. Close out stores don’t mark down much, and people are going to buy from reputable business unless you can sell at a very cheap price, which I doubt you will be able to.

I have seen these sales, and the price isn’t that low priced. People that can afford Abercrombie type clothes are going to buy it from JCPennies. But go ahead and sell them, but just don’t expect on making much money.

I mean, people buy stuff all the time at yard sales, garage sales, and other retail stores and sell them on ebay so why should this be any different? If the company doesn’t like it, you will get a cease and desist letter. When you receive this, stop and try something else, but I doubt you will get this.
