Sprint breached their contract and started adding $5 monthly charges to people not willing to pay automatically through their checking account. I complained about 3 times for an hr each and finally they worked with me and gave a permanent discount off all bills I will ever get from them.

So it helps to complain but you really have to know exactly how to do it, what to say, why to say it and you must be wiling to be put on hold about 25 times until you speak to someone who can solve your issue.
